Job Title: X-Ray Tech
Location: Fresno, CA


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards.


Schedule:
 
  • Monday – Friday (must be willing to work on some weekends as needed)
  • 40 Hours a week.
  • Variable Shift Time

Pay:
  • $35 -$42 DOE

Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Prepare, position, and instruct patients for imaging procedures
  • Operate X-ray and related imaging equipment safely and accurately
  • Apply radiation safety standards and ALARA principles at all times
  • Verify patient identity and exam requisitions prior to procedures
  • Review images for quality, accuracy, and diagnostic value
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
  • Ensure proper use of protective equipment for patients and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging areas
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
  • Follow HIPAA, infection control, and facility policies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare staff
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations per physician orders
  • Assist with patient mobility and positioning as needed
  • Other Job duties as assigned


Requirements:

 
  • Between New Grad - 4 Years of Experience .
  • Must be willing to work some weekends as needed
  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Must X-Ray Certification
