Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Professional/Clinical Reviewerfor a full-time, salaried remote position with required travel throughout Salem and surrounding areas.
Location: Salem, Oregon & surrounding areas Position: Behavioral Health Professional/Clinical Reviewer Full-Time | On The Road/Home Office Salary: $70,000–$90,000
What you’ll do:
Review clinical documentation and determine medical necessity
Conduct behavioral health assessments and utilization reviews
Support care coordination for children, youth, and adults
Manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation
Apply evidence-based clinical criteria
Support quality assurance, audits, and clinical reviews
Provide clinical expertise to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LCPC or QHMP license is required
Minimum 2 years of clinical/direct patient care experience
Behavioral health experience preferred
Must reside in Oregon
Valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and auto insurance required
Medicaid, utilization review, or substance use/behavioral health experience is a plus
