Job Posting: Primary Care Physician (On-Site) – Bakersfield, CA Salary: $250,000 - $280,000/year + discretionary bonus Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Our Bakersfield site is now open and actively accepting Primary Care Physician candidates for a direct hire opportunity. About the Role As a Primary Care Physician, you will deliver patient-centered care as part of a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team. This model emphasizes preventative medicine, comprehensive support, and meaningful patient interactions, rather than high-volume schedules.
Key Highlights:
Patient-Centered Care: Manage a small panel of 125–135 patients for a truly personalized care experience.
Collaborative Team: Partner with a Social Worker, Registered Dietitian, Physical Therapist, RN Case Manager, and driver to provide wraparound patient care.
Quality Over Quantity: See 4–6 patients per day, focusing on prevention and long-term wellness.
Comprehensive Support: The program covers all medical needs—including labs, medications, hospitalizations, and more—allowing you to focus solely on care.

Work-Life Balance:
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends or on-call)
12 paid holidays
3 weeks of PTO + 1 week of CME annually
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $250k–$280k/year + discretionary bonus
Comprehensive medical coverage and support team
Annual performance bonus potential up to 10%
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (MD or DO)
Active California medical license
Strong commitment to patient-centered and preventative care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
