Front Office Specialist Location: North Fresno
Are you an experienced front office professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Front Office Specialist to join our team in North Fresno!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Handle scheduling and coordinate appointments
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
Verify insurance information and process claims
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Utilize medical terminology in daily interactions
Qualifications:
2 years of front office medical experience required
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in scheduling and insurance verification
Compensation: $18 - $20/hour DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
