Job Description


Hire Up Healthcare is currently seeking a RN - ER  for an 13-week contract in Fort Bragg, CA. This is a great opportunity working with a well-known hospital. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a RN - ER.

Job Type:
  • 13Weeks/36hours/Days
Pay:
  • Hourly Rate: $53.00

License/Certification:
  • Current CA RN License
  • ACLS (AHA only)
  • BLS (AHA only)
  • PALS ( AHA only)
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation

Essential Functions:
  • Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation. Analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnosis and care issues. Develop a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes. Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes. Identifies outcomes for the patient or the patients situation.
  • Collaborates with the team of patients, family, and healthcare providers in providing patient care in a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment. Provides learning opportunities for patients/family members and team members. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and treatment team.
  • Participates in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.
  • Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
